  • What are UVC rays?

    UVC is a wavelength of light that doesn't occur naturally in the atmosphere, so viruses have no resistance to it.

  • Does cleaning really only work with light?

    Our UVC cleaning boxes do not use heat, liquids or chemicals. They are therefore environmentally friendly products with no waste.

  • Is the UVC light dangerous?

    All UVC boxes are environmentally friendly and safe for the user.

  • Is the UVC light harmful to the VR headset?

    UVC will not damage headsets or cause discoloration over time. The lenses are also safe from damage.

  • What is the nano spray and how does it work?

    When the cleanbox is delivered, you will receive a nano spray and a microfiber cloth. We use super hydrophobic textile nanotechnology that prevents bodily fluids such as sweat and oils from penetrating the surfaces.

  • Is there a guarantee?

    Cleanbox products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defective parts or lights. Cleanbox will cover the replacement cost of parts deemed damaged during manufacture, free of charge. This warranty does not cover the cost of parts damaged during customer use. For ongoing maintenance, Cleanbox offers spare parts at minimal cost.
